Pricing: Divorce services can range between $1,250 and $2,000, and varies depending on which county you are filing in, whether the parties are in agreement, or if there are children in the relationship. The pricing for professional fees does not include the court’s filing fee. The court’s filing fee is $435 and can be waived for low-income applicants. Payment plans are available upon request. We also assist with divorces in San Francisco, San Mateo, Alameda, and Marin counties.
