How much will a divorce cost?
Pricing:
Divorce services can range between $1,250 and $2,000.
The price varies depending on :
whether the parties are in agreement,
or if there are children in the relationship.
The court’s filing fee is $435 and is a separate payment from the professional fees.
If you have low income, we can help you fill out a Request for a Fee Waiver so you can apply to not have to pay the Court’s filing fee of $435.00.
The first payment you would make would be the deposit and the filing fee. The deposit is 50% of the professional fees.
The remaining amount would be paid a few weeks later when we are ready to request the final Judgment from the Court.
